Sebastian Mernild is a renowned climate scientist and professor in climate change. As a lead author for the UN’s IPCC reports, he brings deep scientific insight into the global climate crisis. For the last years, he has been in charge of product management at ACO Austria. In this function, he is responsible for the development of rainwater management systems. Especially the cooperation with architects in the development of green-blue infrastructure was one of his strategic targets of the last years.

With extensive experience in innovative solutions, he will share valuable insights into the latest advancements in water treatment and purification systems, focusing on sustainability and efficiency. Karel is an expert in stormwater management & sustainable Surface Water Treatment. He drives innovation and sets new trends with a strong focus on sustainability. With a holistic perspective, he highlights how innovative design & system integration can enable long-term, future-proof responses to urban water challenges.
The studio creates site-specific, visionary outdoor spaces that enrich everyday life. With a strong focus on sustainability and biodiversity, their designs use durable, often local materials and support diverse plant and animal life—always with climate adaptation in mind.
With a background in project sales and a strong focus on customer-driven innovation, Max combines technical expertise with hands-on experience in guiding engineers and architects. Today, he plays a key role in driving sales & product development through smart, solution-oriented thinking.
